Based on the novella "The Turning of the Screw," Mike Flanagan attempts to take a ridiculously boring story, and spice it up for our viewing pleasure on Netflix. There were things we liked, things we didn't, and episodes that should have been reordered, but we'll leave it to you for the final verdict.

Written by Daphne Du Maurier, this classic has all of the suspense and spooky twists we love. Did you read along? Let us know what you think!

Happy Halloween! In honor of the eve of our favorite holiday, we discuss the 1978 classic "Halloween" and its 1981 sequel "Halloween II." These films chronicle the classic slasher, Michael Myers, and his quest to kill his sister, Laurie Strode. We had a great time researching fun tidbits about both films.
